A grommet is installed at the bottom of the flag allowing a flag tie (included)

If there was more room it would work great but your near your leg is always in the way and you really can't use the drink holder so for 60 bucks I would have never have gotten it but for a shorter person I guess it would be okay or if there's more room in the console area
