Brake Shoes for Suzuki RM 500 D/E (1983–1984) - EBC S622EBC Brakes plain motorcycle replacement brake shoes are an OE quality replacement brake shoe made with boned brake linings and using high pressure die cast aluminium platforms for two wheeled machines. Shoes are edge trimmed and radius ground exactly into the brake drum. They have chamfers on the ends of the lining and come complete with OE style brake shoe springs.

Just get it!

Ignore the negative reviews. I’m convinced those are from the ones who didn’t actually read the book, lol. Buy the Captivating book and read it first. The second time you read it, do it along with this guided journal. I love it so far, it’s been great just to reflect deeper. No issues with the binding either. My copy is just fine.

Somehow I got confused that this was the book AND the workbook; it is not, you must buy each separately. But from what I've read so far, the book says "out loud" what I've frequently thought to myself or felt in my heart. Wish I'd had this 40 years ago!
